Tasks

• Independent management of a kitchen station
• Daily preparation of the mise en place
• The high-quality preparation and presentation of food in compliance with our service standards
• Control and compliance with legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Inventory control
• Supporting the kitchen brigade in all tasks that arise

Profile

• completed vocational training as a cook or pastry chef
• good German
• High service and quality are just as natural for you as implementing high standards.
• Professional experience is an advantage
