Chef de Partie (M/F) – Berlin Your objectives: Manage stock, inventory, and understand food cost control. Have a basic understanding of the group's artistic direction and standards. Ensure quality control and oversee mise en place, with strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations. Manage the pass and coordinate service operations. Demonstrate solid knowledge of culinary fundamentals and techniques, accurately reproduce recipes, and possess expertise in fresh pasta preparation. Train and mentor junior team members, support onboarding processes, and foster team motivation and engagement.
