As a Chef de Partie, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 55-60 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary based on business needs (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be successful Chef de Partie candidate, you will have a positive attitude, good time management and some experience in a professional kitchen.
