Job Description About the Role As Chef de Partie at Mee So, you’ll: Take ownership of your section and ensure smooth, efficient service Prepare and cook a range of Japanese and Korean-inspired dishes Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to execute menu concepts and daily specials Maintain high standards of presentation, consistency, and flavour Help train and support junior kitchen staff Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal menu updates You’ll be working in a fast-paced, creative kitchen where quality and innovation come first.
