The Mespil Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team.
The main responsibilities of this role is to assist the Sous Chef in the preparation, cooking and
service of all hotel food.
This is a challenging position for a highly motivated, hardworking individual interested in developing themselves in the hospitality industry. Areas of responsibility will focus on the following areas:

  • Attend relevant training courses as required.
  • Serve on hotel committees when required.
  • Carry out any other duties as directed by management.
  • Assist in other departments when necessary.
  • Contribute to the hotel’s sustainability efforts by reducing waste, improving energy efficiency, and reducing water consumption.
