This is a busy, multi-service operation delivering breakfast, lunch, supper, and hospitality. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Chef Manager to deliver consistent, high-quality food across all services. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver high-quality food across all daily services Take responsibility for your designated section within the kitchen Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and presented to a high standard Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness Support senior chefs in menu preparation and service delivery Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Contribute positively to a team-focused kitchen About You Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up Experience within education, contract catering, or hospitality preferred Good understanding of food safety and HACCP Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team Willingness to learn and develop within a structured environment
