McManus Pub Company is a family owned business with 18 pubs and we have been operating successfully in Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex for over 50 years.
The Montagu Arms is a quintessential village pub, positioned as a premium local, food led but affordable and holds community at its heart.
We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie who takes pride in delivering delicious food and can work approximately 25-30 hours a week.
In this role you will be working in an advanced kitchen to create fabulous, fresh dishes – using the best of seasonal, local ingredients.
Ideally you will be able to work all sections including starters, mains, desserts and provide general preparation for both lunch and dinner service.
The successful candidate will have a passion for food and a love of kitchen camaraderie. You’ll be able to bring the best out in others – and you’ll take immense pride in every successful service.
Excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all be essential for this role.
