Peppers Resort in Fingal Victoria is looking for Chef De Parties who thrives in fast paced environment and loves being apart of a guest experience. As a Chef de Partie, you will be assisting with the growth of our food offering, menu and workflow design. We are a ever changing, fun and unique Hotel, who value our employees.

• You are a hands-on CDP with minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
• Assisting in menu planning, implementation and execution.
• Controlling food preparation and managing wastage in the Kitchen.
• Leading by example and providing support to the rest of the team.
