Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes according to our high standards and recipes. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items that captivate the palate. Maintain impeccable food quality and presentation, adhering to established guidelines. Manage your station efficiently during service, ensuring a smooth workflow. Train and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and passion for the culinary arts. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. Qualifications Culinary qualifications and proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role. Creative flair and a passion for experimenting with flavors and techniques. Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
