THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about food, beverages, and providing outstanding customer service? Swing City is looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team!
Working closely with and supporting the Head Chef, the Chef de Partie will:
Support the Head and Sous Chef with daily operational duties
Ensure freshness of all food products, quality cooking techniques and delivery of menu items within a timely manner
Continually seek feedback on improvements that maximises customer experience and profitability
Minimising food waste through utilising effective cooking techniques, delivering consistent food and awareness of orders
Ensure stock rotation is maintain throughout the Kitchen
Assist with the supervision and training of junior Kitchen team members
Assist with menu planning and ordering as required
Ensure compliance in food safety and hygiene standards
This is a full-time position with Swing City Pty Limited & Caldisc Pty Limited offering a salary range of $73,000 to $78,000 (plus superannuation), depending on experience.

Prior experience in a similar role
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
A team player attitude, displayed in both internal kitchen teams and the greater business
A high standard of personal presentation and standard of hygiene
Enthusiasm, commitment and seeking the opportunity to learn and develop professionally
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be available to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays
