Chef de partie and commis chef required for a gastro pub in the Bourne area, this is a fresh food kitchen and everything is made fresh on site. They also do there own butchery as well onsite. They have a couple of positions coming up and due to the location, own transport is required. chef de partie is upto £27-28k + 3.5k tips. Commis chef around £25-26k + tips
As a chef in the kitchen, you will learn the various sections. you will prep your section and cook in service, they are looking for both a commis chef and a chef de partie, these roles will include all the standard chef de partie and commis chef duties.

We are looking for a chef de partie and a commis chef with a fresh food background. You will have good knife skills and due to the location, able to drive as well
