Responsibilities

The Chef De Partie is responsible for providing culinary support to the kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all dishes. These responsibilities include:

  • Creating and completing daily prep lists
  • Preparing menu items following recipes and yield guides
  • Receiving and organizing deliveries
  • Handling opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining Dept of Health standards
  • Communicating with Chef on Duty about any issues with product, supplies, equipment or facilities
  • Participating in staff training opportunities to develop knowledge and skills
