Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking stations and storage areas.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
  • Participate in meal preparation for special events or catering as needed.
  • Follow instructions from the head chef or kitchen manager regarding daily tasks and responsibilities.
