Nomo is looking for an experienced CDP that has a ambition to join a new restaurant that is growing fast. We are a small and close team where we focus on making Nomo a great place to work.
This role will have the opportunity to grow into a Sous or Kitchen manager for the right candidate.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Previous of 2 years experience working as a CDP
• Knowledge of HACCP
• General knowledge of food preparation
• Able to work full time in Ireland

• Must have a passion for food and cooking
• Able to work as a team and collaborate
• Menu testing with the team to develop new dishes
• Awareness of general hygiene and keeping the kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness
• Flexible with hours (we will provide you as fixed of a schedule we as we can)
