Description: Prepare and cook food for the a la carte and/or the buffet service. Assist in overseeing the overall kitchen operation with the focus on specific areas as assigned daily.
Hours: This is a full time position with approximately 40+ hours per week including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements: Must have completed a recognized culinary program at a secondary college or university and have the Canadian Inter-provincial Red Seal or equivalent recognized in Canada. Minimum of 3 years experience in a kitchen. Food Safety Certificate. Previous experience in a similar position including large volume production. First Aid & CPR certified is an asset.
