Job Title: Chef de Partie
We are looking for 3 Chef de Partie for our hotel.
Work Location: Nox Hotel, Headford Road, Galway, H91KX65 Ireland.
Duties include the preparation of complex dishes, training and supervising Junior Chefs, stock control, quality checks, health & hygiene compliance and HACCP protocols, monitoring food safety & temperatures etc. Must have 2 years of experience at a similar position.

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Relevant culinary qualification
