Every day is exciting as a Chef de Partie. Here’s what you’ll do: Ensuring every dish is prepped, cooked, and plated to perfection according to our restaurant standards with a strong focus on the Larder section and basic desserts. Set up your section for smooth service, staying in control and organised even during the busiest shifts. Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen, communicate clearly, and support your colleagues to keep everything running perfectly. Our ideal candidate is someone who: Has exceptional focus on consistency, flavour, presentation and cleanliness. Minimum 2 years’ kitchen experience required. Brings energy, focus, and a can-do attitude to every service, even during the busiest moments. Understands health and safety regulations and best practices in food hygiene.
