JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled cdp for a fresh food based business with multiple food outlets, from our rosette restaurant up to functions of 400 covers. Must have a can do attitude and be a team player . Based 5 days out of 7 with flexible shift patterns to suit the needs of the business, although on average a 45 hour week .

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • A genuine passion for cooking and providing exceptional dining experiences for guests.
  • Ideally need to be local to Rm163hs with own transport as not good public transport links and late nights sometimes

    Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of food items, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure all necessary ingredients are available for meal preparation.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
