  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong skills in food preparation, presentation and consistency under pressure
  • Confidence in running a section independently during busy service periods
  • Experience with mise en place, recipe execution and efficient station setup
  • A strong understanding of kitchen systems, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Ability to mentor and support junior chefs and kitchen hands
  • A calm, professional and collaborative approach to kitchen teamwork
  • Commercial cookery qualification or apprenticeship is highly regarded
  • (Section Specific Skills Required Line) (Experience with Sushi and Sashimi highly regarded) OR (Experience in Grill, Fry or Pass sections highly regarded)
