Duties and responsibilities related to the Chef de Partie role

  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes and guidelines.
  • Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory for their section, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Ensure that kitchen equipment and tools in their section are maintained in good working order.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
