YOUR ROLE

Production of the offered buffets and menus - from breakfast with show cooking to seminars, standing buffets or gala evenings
Preparation of high-quality dishes for the hotel's own à la carte restaurant – contribute your skills/creativity in terms of taste and presentation!
Assistance with kitchen organization, e.g., ordering food
Careful use of all resources - sustainability is important to us!
Ensuring optimal use of foodstuffs - you are familiar with the concept of product usage!
Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards and legal requirements (including carrying out HACCP controls)
Ensuring a smooth production process at the station/in the work area
Completion of necessary mise en place work
Supervision, training and development of assigned employees and apprentices

YOUR STRENGTHS

Completed training as a cook/chef
Ideally, initial experience as a Demi Chef / Commis de Cuisine, preferably in upscale hotels.
Enjoyment in preparing fresh and regional products with great attention to detail
A keen eye for detail, order, and hygiene
A high degree of creativity and enjoyment in working with food
Friendly and helpful team player who keeps a cool head even in stressful situations.
An independent, responsible and quality-conscious work ethic
Good German skills / English skills are an advantage

The minimum basic salary for the position of Chef de Partie (m/f/d) is €2,557 gross per month, as per the collective agreement. Of course, we reward professional experience and qualifications, so with a corresponding overpayment, you can increase your gross salary to €2,800.
