Our Client is an award-winning luxurious boutique hotel, restaurant and spa set in 25 acres of stunning landscape near Stirling.
Being the perfect destination for weddings, relaxing spa breaks, romantic weekends, and celebrations, they are now seeking to strengthen their excellent kitchen.
They are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the team as part-time cover. This is a unique opportunity for a talented chef who is looking for more flexable hours of work.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
  • A passion for culinary excellence and a creative approach to cooking.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional dishes.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Flexitime
  • Monday to Friday

  • Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed.
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation.
