We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to support our culinary team in delivering fresh, nutritious, and beautifully presented food in an open kitchen environment. This role offers a chance to showcase your skills, connect with residents and guests, and be part of a team that truly values quality, care, and creativity. As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in: Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls Ensuring efficient section management and prep Interacting professionally with residents and guests in our open kitchen About You We’re looking for someone who: Has at least 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen Holds Food Safety Level 2 (essential) Has strong knowledge of HACCP and COSHH standards Is confident working independently and as part of a team Takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a warm, engaging atmosphere for diners Why Work With Us?
