This makes our kitchen one of the most exciting and diverse culinary operations in the region. From refined à la carte desserts to large-scale event pastry production, no two days are the same. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie – Pastry to take ownership of our pastry and bakery section and help deliver high-quality, creative offerings across restaurant and event service. Job Description This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the daily operation of the pastry and bakery section. You will: Prepare and present high-quality pastry and bakery items within set cost margins Oversee pastry production for restaurant and conference & event service Ensure food preparation and presentation consistently meets brand standards Drive innovation and contribute fresh ideas to menus Maintain strict HACCP and food safety compliance Lead and mentor junior kitchen team members Coordinate with stewarding and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service Contribute to operational meetings and continuous improvement initiatives Demonstrate and uphold Accor Values in daily operations Qualifications Trade qualified in Patisserie with at least 3 years experience Proven experience in a hotel pastry or high-volume hospitality environment Experience in conference, banquet, or large-scale catering operations highly regarded Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Creative, detail-oriented and quality-driven Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure A positive, team-focused leadership style Additional Information Why work for Accor?
