JOB SUMMARY:

The Chef de Partie – Pastry is responsible for preparing and overseeing the production of high-quality pastry and dessert items. This role ensures all pastries meet the standards of presentation, taste, and hygiene set by the culinary team, while supporting the overall success of the kitchen operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a similar pastry role, preferably in a hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
