Set in 17 acres of parkland, this 13th century Norman manor house has been lovingly restored and run as a hotel by the Lewis family for over 75 years.

Job Description
As CDP – Pastry, you’ll take ownership of your section, supporting the Head Pastry Chef and leading by example. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding pastry products while maintaining high standards in food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety.
Qualifications

Experience in a professional pastry kitchen at a CDP level (fine dining experience desirable)
