OVERVIEW

We are seeking talented and passionate Chefs to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, preparation and leadership, with a keen understanding of food safety and hospitality standards. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest quality of dishes are served to our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and presentation.
  • Leadership abilities with experience supervising kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A relevant culinary qualification is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation activities.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant’s menu.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
  • Train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
  • Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and meet quality standards before serving.
