Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and meal preparation techniques.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff as required.
