Responsibilities

SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage kitchen operations and ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.
  • Estimate daily production needs on a weekly basis and communicates production needs to kitchen personnel daily.
  • Assist Head and Sous Chef with all kitchen operations and preparations.
  • Prepare and cook dishes, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
  • Develop, design and create new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
  • Assist in determining how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays.
  • Maintain purchasing, receiving and food storage standards.
  • Train employees in safety procedures.
