Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Isle of Skye, Scotland
Salary: £30,000 + Tips (£5,000–£8,000 extra)
Accommodation: Live-in & all bills included at £300/month
Hours: Full-time, Permanent

With a 39-cover restaurant and a dedicated Chef’s Table, this is a rare opportunity to join a world-class kitchen team in a truly unique setting.

THE OPPORTUNITY

My client is seeking a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie to join a talented brigade of chefs. You’ll be working in a creative, fast-paced kitchen that celebrates the very best of Scottish produce, delivering exceptional fine dining experiences to guests.
This is an ideal role for a chef who thrives in a high-end culinary environment and is eager to grow professionally under the guidance of some of the UK’s most accomplished chefs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a fine dining environment
  • A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and innovate
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and professional approach
  • Right to work in the UK (this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship)
Responsibilities
  • Run your own section in a busy, high-performing kitchen
  • Prepare and present dishes to 3 Rosette standards using classical and modern techniques
  • Collaborate with senior chefs on menu development and daily specials
  • Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
  • Mentor and support junior chefs and kitchen porters
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
