Piper’s Heath Golf Club is hiring! We are searching for a qualified chef de partie in the currentgolf season and beyond. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, great attitude, loves to cook and is passionate about creating a great service experience for our guests.
As chef de partie, you will report to the sous chef and executive chef and help lead the kitchen brigade in all aspects of the restaurant. Responsibilities include:
-Helping to lead services and ensuring food is prepared to spec and is always on point.
-Ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, in good working order and in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
-Directing and delegating tasks to cooks and dishwashers.
-Making good decisions on the fly, as needed.
