Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and storage areas.
  • Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in the training of new kitchen staff when required.
