CHEF DE PARTIE – ON-SITE & CENTRAL PRODUCTION ROLE

Location: Pow Food, 26 Chase Road, NW10 6QN
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm
Pow Food is seeking a polished and professional Chef de Partie to join our team at our Central Production Unit (CPU) in NW10. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, wellness-led catering environment, supporting both on-site and production kitchen operations. You’ll be working in a structured, collaborative kitchen setting, helping deliver nutrient-rich, beautifully presented meals that support gut health, productivity, and sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support management in daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare and produce meals according to Pow Food recipes and procedures, maintaining hygiene and safety standards
  • Measure, mix, and prepare meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings
  • Wash, chop, and cut fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish
  • Assist senior chefs in cooking and preparing high-quality dishes
  • Help with deliveries, restocking, and stock rotation
  • Maintain clean and organised workstations and ensure kitchen hygiene
  • Contribute to maintaining food safety and health & safety standards
  • Occasionally work on-site as the on-site chef when required
