At Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport, our kitchen offers much more than daily catering. From individual guest and crew meals to conferences, banquets, weddings, and gala dinners, no day is the same.

We are looking for a motivated and flexible Chef de Partie who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and feels comfortable with both small-scale and large-scale kitchen operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who wants to grow within a dynamic hotel kitchen and gain experience with banqueting, events, and multiple outlets.

What are you going to do?

As a Chef de Partie, you support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations and work hands-on within various sections and service styles.

You are going to:

• Assisting with the preparation of banquets, buffets, conferences, and events
• Working within all kitchen outlets, from à la carte service to large-scale events
• Assisting with mise en place, service execution, and quality control
• Ensuring quality and consistency
• Working in accordance with the guidelines for food safety, hygiene, inventory management, and waste disposal
• Support the team during busy shifts with a flexible, hands-on attitude
• Step in where needed and further develop your skills within various sections

This position suits you if you:

• Have previous kitchen experience or a completed culinary training
• Would like to learn and grow within a professional hotel kitchen
• Enjoys variety and working in a dynamic environment
• Can stay focused and organized during busy shifts
• Are proud of teamwork, structure, and execution
• You can communicate in English (Dutch is a plus)
