The recently redeveloped RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort sits on the pristine shores of Coral Bay, a gateway to the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Marine Park. Featuring 90 modern units, a resort-style pool, ocean-view dining, a contemporary clubhouse, and sustainable features like solar power and EV charging, it offers an unparalleled coastal experience. Ahead of our grand reopening in Q1 2027, we’re looking for skilled and motivated full-time Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen team and help deliver outstanding dining experiences. What will you be doing? Working under the guidance of the Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for running your section, ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes, and supporting the training of junior staff. Your day-to-day impact Prepare, cook, and present dishes to RAC standards. Oversee a kitchen section, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain food hygiene and WHS standards at all times. Supervise Commis Chefs and assist with training. Manage mise en place and daily preparation requirements. Support stock control, ordering, and waste reduction. Liaise with the F&B team to ensure smooth service. What you’ll bring to the team Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential). Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel, resort, or restaurant. Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety. Ability to supervise and train junior chefs. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
