The Waverley Inn, Weybridge is looking to recruit a Chef De Partie

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Help to create new, exciting dishes for our menu, combining your own interests and local produce
  • Assist and learn from the Head Chef & Sous Chef
  • Train, inspire and develop Junior chefs
  • Lead by example

We’d like you to:

  • Be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent or have relevant kitchen experience
  • Have previous experience in a gastro pub or fresh food kitchen, rosette experience preferred
  • Be determined to learn and progress
  • Have great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Be passionate and enthusiastic about the industry
