Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all HACCP regulations and documentation
  • Collaborate effectively within a large team
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Execute all setup and shutdown procedures
  • Manage costs and minimise waste
  • Uphold high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Accurately complete all temperature checks and records
  • Complete daily, nightly, and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Document all food waste in preparation and assembly areas on designated waste sheets
  • Participate in both on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions
  • Attend all staff meetings
  • Work all assigned hours
  • Perform any additional duties required for the successful fulfillment of your role
  • Follow the guidance and examples set by the F&B Manager
  • Work efficiently under pressure
  • Maintain a fast professional pace during busy periods
  • Communicate with F&B Manager to address complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Report all issues to the F&B Manager
  • Adhere to provided checklists, keeping the kitchen clean and organised at all times
  • Follow training plans set out by the F&B Manager
