Red Radish is a successful and established location caterer, widely considered to be one of the very best within the world of Film and Television. We are currently looking for a talented, reliable, honest and clean chef to work on an exciting tv project from 21st April to early July near Inverness.
You will predominantly be working on our salad bar, so creativity, the ability to work with fresh ingredients and flavours, as well as attention to detail is vital. Making things look pretty (and taste nice!) is also a must. Knowledge on baking would definitely be a bonus.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A true passion for all things food
• The ability to work well under pressure
• A good personality and a fantastic work ethic
• Not afraid of some long days with often early starts.
• Experience in the events industry and high volume cooking (200+)
• Level Two Food Hygiene & Safety
  Accommodation and transport to/from the location provided.
