Chef de Partie is required to work at Redcave Industries Ltd based in 1/2 Trinity Street, Dublin 2, D02A440. The candidate must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Duties will include preparation of breakfast and lunch service, organising and checking food deliveries, preparation of pastries, sandwiches and salads, cooking and presentation of hot and cold cooking, presentation of various dishes and preparing menus.
