We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Temporary Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their skills in a high-quality hospitality environment while enjoying one of Scotland's most spectacular locations.

About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your designated section and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistently high standards across all food service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the highest standards
  • Managing your section during service and ensuring smooth kitchen operations
  • Supporting junior team members with training and development
  • Maintaining food hygiene, health & safety and HACCP standards
  • Assisting with stock control and minimising wastage
  • Contributing ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
  • Ensuring all dishes are delivered consistently and efficiently during busy service periods

About You

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Passion for fresh, quality ingredients and excellent food presentation
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and team-focused approach
  • Food Hygiene certification preferred
