What We Offer:

  • £15.12 per hour

  • Collaborate with the brigade to ensure smooth, efficient service — particularly during busy or high-profile events
  • Embrace and promote sustainability by using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
  • Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Take full ownership of your section, maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and readiness
  • Contribute innovative ideas to menus and offers in line with current trends
  • Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen control procedures
  • Support and help develop junior kitchen team members
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and professional team culture
  • Contribute to zero-waste and food waste reduction initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to progress
  • Skilled across canapé, buffet, and plated service
  • Calm, organised, and efficient during high-pressure service
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and allergen management
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Passion for exceptional, seasonal food
