Sydney Restaurant Group is currently recruiting for Chefs to join our friendly and motivated team at Ripples Chowder Bay.
From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:

• Relevant qualification and 1 year work experience OR Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;
• Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;
• High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;
• Must work well in a team environment;
• Positive attitude and passion for cooking;
• Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
