These are your tasks:

• Preparation, production and presentation of daily changing dishes, in compliance with standards and recipes.
• Professional and creative processing of the products
• Preparation of the mise-en-place and professional setup of the station, taking into account daily business operations.
• Compliance with kitchen standards and hygiene/HACCP guidelines

You bring the following:

• Ideally, you have completed training as a cook (m/f/d) or have demonstrably comparable practical experience.
• Strong interest in fine dining and high-quality food
• Good technical and product knowledge
• Independent work style, based on resilience, flexibility and teamwork skills
• High level of service orientation and strong quality awareness
