ROVI is a vibrant and contemporary restaurant located in the heart of London,known for its inventive dishes,seasonal ingredients,and relaxed atmosphere.

As Chef de Partie at ROVI you will:

• Generous,kind and dedicated. At ROVI,we treat each other as we do our guests
• Have a passion for food and will run a section in the kitchen,delivering high quality dishes
• Maintaining and facilitating good communication between both BOH and FOH
• Supporting developing and designing menus with the Head Chef that reflect Ottolenghi’s concept and values,incorporating seasonal ingredients
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
