Job Description As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of culinary excellence and contributing to our guests' exceptional dining experiences. On top of that you will: Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Royal98's standards and menu specifications Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in line with food safety and hygiene standards. Adapt to fast-paced situations during peak service hours Ensure the consistency and quality of all dishes served, paying attention to portion sizes, presentation, and taste. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and recipe development as needed Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in high-end restaurants Strong knowledge of various cuisines - knowledge of Mediterranean or Italian cuisine is advantageous Excellent culinary techniques and food preparation skills Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Experience in operating and maintaining professional kitchen equipment Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Hospitality is in your DNA and you have a passion for creating high quality dishes Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus Additional Information Work within a highly motivated and enthusiastic team Receive a competitive salary in line with the Collective Labour Agreement in the Netherlands 8% gross holiday allowance (accrued monthly), paid out in May every year 25 vacation days per calendar year on a full-time basis Travel allowance of maximum €150,- per month Discounts on F&B Tasty staff meals and drinks on shift Refer a friend system that gets you 200€ per referral after their probation period Enjoy yearly staff parties and team-building activities to support team cohesion You'll have the chance to grow your career with us while building your skills in a fun and fast-paced environment.
