JOB SUMMARY

The Rudding Park team’s core purpose is to create timeless memories and instinctive care in exceptional spaces.
As a Chef de Partie within Rudding Park you will be given full training across all areas of the kitchen and have the chance to work across multiple outlets within the resort. This will enable you to gain experience doing different food styles and services.
You will be expected to run a section/function within the kitchen and manage junior team members to ensure the food goes out to the highest standard
You will be working with a strong motivated kitchen team of experienced and passionate Chefs who promote collaboration and diligence.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of dishes using the best fresh & local produce.
  • Run a section/function within the kitchen
  • Train junior chefs to work to expected standards
  • Taking pride in being responsible for helping to deliver high-quality food for our guests
  • Working across all kitchens within the Rudding Park estate, helping you get an understanding of the whole business
  • Working well in a busy kitchen and thrive under pressure.
  • Team player and who can respectfully communicate to the team

  • Can deal with deliveries and stock rotation
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene standard at all times

  • Be responsible for Health and Safety as an individual and also to work colleagues, guests and the business, reporting concerns through the Health and Safety processes and procedures.
  • Ensure continuous professional development of self, including attending required training courses and seeking means of developing within the business
  • Promote continuous improvement in the level of quality and guest care provided by the business and make proposals/suggestions where applicable
