CHEF DE PARTIE WANTED – EXCITING NEW MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT | DÚN LAOGHAIRE

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join the opening team of a brand new modern Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of Dún Laoghaire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fresh and exciting concept that celebrates seasonal produce, bold Mediterranean flavours, and a dynamic, forward-thinking kitchen environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine preferred, but not essential
• Passion for food, detail-oriented, and a great team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• HACCP certification and a good understanding of kitchen operations

• Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard in your designated section
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain consistency and creativity
• Help develop and test new dishes for a seasonally changing menu
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
