About the Chef de Partie role: Supervision of food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling Team leadership and coaching General food prep, cooking and cleaning duties Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen. Responsibilities
