SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent higher education (required)
  • Food Safety Course (Essential)
  • Minimum 2-years in a Chef de Partie role (preferred)
  • The ability to work across a broad rostering system
  • Advanced communication and organisational skills
  • Efficient and effective time management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Previous experience within multi outlet resort / hotel environment

Responsibilities:

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our culinary team at Kingfisher Bay Resort. We are looking for a Trade Qualified Chef De Partie ready to relocate to K’gari (Fraser Island), in North Queensland. This is a full-time salary position working 38 hours per week on a rotating roster.
