The Broadcaster is looking for some strong Chef de Partie to join our teams for a short term position. Start and finish date for the role: 1 December – 21 December (obviously the door is open for a chat to continue at the end of this period) We’re a busy, ambitious kitchen led by Head Chef Pravesh, working as a tight brigade of 14. This is a place for chefs who care about doing things properly. We make everything we serve, British classics with modern touches, seasonal cooking, real technique, and food we’re proud to put on the pass. We’re looking for chef de partie with solid prep and service experience, a reliable work ethic, and a positive attitude. If that’s you, we’d love to have you on board. There may even be full-time opportunities available after the contract.
